Water Tank Cleaning AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

Why an annual contract works better than booking each time

Ask most building managers when the tanks were last cleaned and the honest answer is "I'm not sure". Tank cleaning slips because nothing visibly breaks when it's skipped. An annual maintenance contract solves that by turning it into a calendar commitment.

With a CHKACHK AMC you get:

• A fixed schedule — typically two, three or four visits a year, with dates agreed at the start.
• Advance reminders before each visit, so residents or staff can be notified.
• The same scope every time — all tanks listed in the contract, cleaned with the full five-step method.
• Photo records for every tank on every visit, building a history you can show residents, auditors or inspectors.
• One price for the year, agreed up front.

Choosing the visit frequency

A sensible schedule in Delhi NCR places one visit after the monsoon (late September or October), when tanks are most likely to have taken in dirty water, and one before peak summer (March or April), when warm water encourages bacterial growth.

Who an AMC is for

• Housing societies and RWAs that want a predictable maintenance calendar.
• Offices, shops and commercial buildings with facility managers.
• Schools planning around holidays, and hospitals with infection-control routines.
• Landlords with multiple rented properties.
• Homes that simply want it handled.

AMC pricing

An AMC is priced from our standard per-tank rates for the tanks in your building, multiplied by the number of visits, with the applicable quantity discount for each visit. For example, a home with one 1,000-litre rooftop tank and one 1,501–3,000 litre sump cleaned twice a year would be based on ₹599 + ₹1,099 per visit, less the 10% two-tank discount, plus a transport charge of ₹0–₹100 if applicable. Larger contracts are quoted individually.

How to set up a contract

1. Send us your list of tanks (type, capacity, location) and preferred frequency using the form below.
2. We confirm the scope, dates and price in writing.
3. We send a reminder before each visit and photo records after.

What an AMC covers

An annual maintenance contract lists every tank at your site, how often each is cleaned (usually every 3, 4 or 6 months) and the price per visit based on our standard tank prices and the multi-tank discount. You get a reminder before each due date, before-and-after photos after each visit, and one point of contact for scheduling.
