Terms and Conditions

This document is provided as a starting template and should be reviewed by the business's legal adviser before launch.

Bookings

• A booking request is confirmed when our team confirms the date and time slot with you.
• Prices are per tank, by the tank's maximum capacity, as listed on our price list at the time of booking.
• If a tank turns out to be in a larger capacity band than booked, the price for the correct band applies; we'll tell you before starting.
• Quantity discounts apply to the cleaning subtotal of a single booking at a single address.
• A transport charge of ₹0–₹100 may apply, once per booking according to the distance band for your PIN code. Where the distance is unverified, we confirm the charge before payment.

Access and safety

• You must provide safe access to each tank, the pump/motor controls and a power point, and arrange any gate passes or permissions.
• Our team may decline to work on a tank where access is unsafe, or on tanks that have held chemicals, fuels, oils or effluent.
• Please keep children and pets away from the work area and open manholes.

Scope

• We clean and disinfect water storage tanks. We do not repair tanks, plumbing, pumps or structural defects, though we may point them out.
• Water stored in the tank at the time of cleaning will be drained.

Payment

• You may pay after the service or online where available. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

See our cancellation and refund policy.

Liability

We take care in our work. Our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
