• Booking details: name, mobile and WhatsApp number, email (optional), address, PIN code, landmark, preferred date and time, and instructions you give us.
• Payment information: if you pay online, payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We receive payment status and reference IDs; we do not receive or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Enquiries: information you send through forms, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: basic analytics about how the website is used (pages visited, device type) via Google Analytics if enabled, and items in your cart stored in your own browser.

How we use it

• To schedule, carry out and confirm your tank cleaning, and to contact you about it.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, payment confirmations, before-and-after photos and review requests by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• To calculate transport charges from your PIN code.
• To keep records required for accounting and legal purposes.
• To improve our website and services.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as our payment gateway, messaging and automation providers (for example WhatsApp messaging and workflow tools) and hosting — and only as needed for those services, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed for service, accounting and legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending reminders and review requests, by contacting us. Our handling of personal data is intended to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

Admin access to booking data is restricted to authorised staff and protected by passwords; payment processing is handled by the gateway over encrypted connections.
