Water Tank Cleaning Services in South Delhi

South Delhi's tanks are bigger than most

South Delhi's housing ranges widely — large independent bungalows in colonies like Greater Kailash and Defence Colony, planned DDA flats in Saket and Vasant Kunj, and older residential societies with their own reservoirs. What they have in common is scale: homes with several bathrooms, staff quarters and gardens store a lot of water, and many have both a large sump and several rooftop tanks.

Large tanks mean more sediment collects between cleanings, and in homes where staff manage day-to-day household work, tank cleaning is often nobody's specific job. We regularly hear from South Delhi families who can't remember when the tanks were last opened.

Society water tank cleaning in South Delhi

South Delhi has many established residential societies and RWAs managing shared reservoirs and block-level overhead tanks. For societies we:

• Clean the underground reservoir first, chamber by chamber where possible, so supply continues.
• Clean overhead tanks block by block, with a schedule your RWA can circulate to residents.
• Provide before-and-after photos for every tank and an itemised bill for the committee.

With five or more tanks, the quantity discount reaches 15% automatically. For annual schedules, see our AMC page, or read how we handle society water tank cleaning.

Bungalows and independent houses

Large South Delhi homes often have:

• A sump of 5,000 litres or more — see the 10,000 litre underground package.
• Two or three rooftop tanks, sometimes including separate tanks for staff quarters.
• Older concrete tanks built with the house, which need careful scrubbing of corners and plaster.

Cleaning all tanks in one visit is the efficient choice, and the discount rises with every tank.

DDA flats in Saket and Vasant Kunj

DDA blocks typically share terrace tanks between flats, with a block-level supply arrangement. If you're a flat owner, it's worth coordinating with neighbours or your RWA so that shared tanks are cleaned together. See our local pages for Saket and Vasant Kunj.
