This package is for underground reservoirs with a maximum capacity from 20,001 to 30,000 litres:

• Main reservoirs for mid-size housing societies and high-rise towers.
• Storage for schools, hospitals, hotels and large commercial buildings.
• Industrial domestic-water reservoirs.

A reservoir 5 m × 4 m inside with 1.4 m of water holds about 28,000 litres.

How we plan a 30,000-litre job

A reservoir of this size is a significant job and needs coordination with whoever manages the building:

1. Site details at booking — manhole size and location, number of chambers, how the reservoir refills, and the best time window.
2. Pre-cleaning preparation — overhead tanks filled, residents or staff notified, vehicles moved, the area around the manhole cleared.
3. Draining and de-sludging — the longest part of the job; sludge is lifted out with a vacuum machine.
4. Scrubbing, disinfection and rinse of walls, floor and slab.
5. Handover with photos for each chamber, and notes on anything that needs maintenance.

Safety

Large reservoirs are confined spaces. Ventilation before entry, a person at the opening throughout, and a cordon around the manhole are standard. We'll ask about any site-specific safety procedures when confirming.
